- Completion of a residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Thoracic Surgery or Cardiothoracic Surgery.

- Valid medical license in New York State.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with advanced imaging and diagnostic tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $550,000-650,000.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
- Paid Time Off: 22 business days per year, with 10 days of CME, 4 personal days and a $4,500 CME annual allowance.
