Conducts investigations for allegations of violations of university policies on Non-Discrimination and Non-Harassment, and Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Sexual Misconduct, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking and Retaliation. Assists with providing accommodations to complainants and respondents. Schedules and conducts interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses. Corresponds with all parties of investigations within guidelines established by university policy and procedures. Participates in and assists with post-investigation hearings and procedures established by university policies. Maintains confidential documents and files on investigations and interviews. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Title IX compliance program such as investigator, advisor, or panel member, or master's degree, or JD degree is preferred.
