Job Summary
The responsibility of the HRIS Functional Analyst is to analyze and enhance system functionality for Data Management, Time and Labor, some Benefits modules and serve as one of two HR Security Liaisons of the iPeople (PeopleSoft) system. Some familiarity with the Data Management and Benefits modules is required.
This position will provide direction and analysis for production support, testing, enhancement requests, implementation projects and upgrades for multiple systems, as well as training for end users of enterprise application software.
This position is a key player in a team environment that is interdependent of one another within both the HR Systems area and the overall functioning unit of Human Resources.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$30.75 per hour
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Human Resources or Information Technology.
- At least 18 months of full time (or part-time equivalent) of professional level work experience supporting PeopleSoft HRIS/HCM systems.
Work Hours
Monday - Friday; 8-4:30 with exceptions during processing periods
This position will be eligible for hybrid work or a flexible work-week after training period. Eligibility is based upon employee performance, appropriate remote working environment, and business needs. A Work From Home Agreement or Flexible Work Week Agreement will need to be completed and fully approved prior to execution.

The Civil Service examination for this classification is based on your application materials and responses to the supplemental questions. No participation other than submission of applicant materials is required from applicants that qualify to take the exam. If you meet the minimum required qualifications for this position, you will receive a score calculated based on your education and experience, and your name will be placed on the active employment register by exam score. After the application deadline, the names within the top three scores will be referred to the department for interview. The active register for this classification will be voided when the position is filled.
