Advertised Job Summary
The Transfer Credit Coordinator serves as a member of the Transfer Team within the Office of the University Registrar. This position coordinates the evaluation and posting of domestic coursework to student records. The Transfer Credit Coordinator supports our transfer students as they report transfer work taken at other institutions and ensures timely updates to their records to support their student success.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with transfer evaluation and Banner student information system (SIS) or similar SIS.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to create fully functional spreadsheets and be familiar with organizing and analyzing large sets of data.
Job Duty: Special Enrollment Request Form (SERF) Coordination
Coordinates equivalency approval for the Special Enrollment Request Form (SERF) daily.

Coordinates the receipt and posting of exam credit, including IB, CLEP, and DANTES/DSST.
