Transfer Recruiter and Credit Articulator

Primary Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of this position is to:
- Recruit prospective transfer students by building relationships with community colleges, feeder institutions, and prospective applicants.
- Promote the institution's programs, resources, and transfer opportunities to attract and enroll qualified students.
- Streamline the transfer process to support a smooth transition for students into the institution.
- Evaluate transfer credits to ensure credits earned from other institutions are accurately assessed and applied toward degree requirements at the current institution.
- Maintain records and policies to ensure compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- 3+ years of experience in higher education recruitment, academic advising, or transfer credit evaluation, or a related field in higher education preferred;
- 3+ years of experience with student services, transfer policies, and admissions processes in a higher education environment;
- 3+ years of experience working with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Degree Works, Slate CRM, or Admission Pros CRM or other student information systems preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
