Translational Evaluation of Functional Food Regulating Insulin Secretion and Skeletal Muscle Glucose Uptake for Metabolic Health Applications
About the Project
With the increasing global burden of type 2 diabetes, there is a growing need for innovative approaches to support metabolic health. This project aims to develop a translational research platform to evaluate the biological effects of selected functional food relevant to glucose regulation. Using advanced in vitro systems, the study will investigate key cellular processes associated with metabolic function, followed by preliminary human-based evaluation to assess potential benefits. By integrating mechanistic insights with early-stage validation, this project offers a strategic framework for identifying and developing novel bioactive solutions with strong potential for future commercial and health applications.
