The role is based at our central site, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00, for a minimum of 30 hours per week across four to five days.

Duties
This is a varied post with duties to include:
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, updating the Applicant Tracking System and liaising with recruiting managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and enter data promptly into HR systems.
- Support onboarding, offboarding and related employee documentation.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally, answering routine HR queries or escalating as needed.
- Coordinate interviews and room bookings, and support selection processes as required by the Director of HR.
- Conduct Right to Work checks in line with current UK immigration requirements.
