The TRIO Academic and Transfer Advisor develops and delivers programs and services intended to improve retention and graduation rates. This position assists participants with academic advising, financial aid information and application completion, transfer college admission information and application completion. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree counseling, education, or a related field; with 3 or more years experience with direct student support services Experience in academic support activities and academic advising. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Masters Degree in counseling, education or related field.
