- Experience with oncology patients, administration of cytostatics, and investigational drugs (0.5 points per year, maximum 2 points)
- Possession of a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) course certificate (0.5 points)
- Possession of a Biological Sample Shipment Training (IATA) course certificate (0.5 points)
- Previous experience as a nurse (0.5 points per year, maximum 2 points)
- High level of English (B1 - 0.5; C1 - 1 point)
- Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, according to treatment needs (1 point), verifiable through a responsible statement.

Selection process
Based on the points obtained in the merits evaluation, at least the three best candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who score at least 50% of the evaluable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
