Team, providing essential organisational and logistical support to ensure recruitment events run smoothly and professionally. The role is central to the successful planning and delivery of on-campus and off-campus recruitment activity, supporting the University’s student recruitment objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide logistical and operational support for recruitment events and activities, both on and off campus. Lead on the set-up and delivery of internal recruitment events, including Open Days, Applicant Days, Clearing activity and other on-campus events. Coordinate event logistics, including room set-ups, equipment, materials, registrations, and on-the-day support. Work to agreed action plans and event schedules, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and to deadlines. Coordinate and support teams involved in events, including academic colleagues, student ambassadors, and professional services staff, to ensure a consistent and positive event experience. Support the team’s attendance at national exhibitions and large-scale recruitment fairs (e.g. UCAS and UK University Search events), including preparation, logistics, and on-the-day delivery. Manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating strong organisational and time-management skills. Provide general operational support across the wider Recruitment and Partnerships team, as required.
