Undergraduate Research Assistant (Student)

Summary:

The Research Assistant will assist in the research and preparation of a policy report.

Essential Functions:

• Identify and review regulatory aspects of AI. The RA will work independently to identify areas in which AI circumvents existing regulation and review the relevant regulatory issues.
• Create spreadsheets. The RA will create a spreadsheet codifying the regulatory aspects of AI.
• Miscellaneous. The RA will provide additional research support as needed, including reading and summarizing papers, formatting documents, and other similar tasks.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-time.
• 15 hours per week.

Salary Range:

$18.40 per hour
