Universitair hoofddocent elektrotechniek/energietechniek
Defensie is accelerating and taking necessary steps at all levels to fulfill its primary task of protecting what is dear to us. Daily, our military personnel and civilian employees are engaged in this mission, particularly at the Militair Technologische Wetenschappen (MTW) within the Nederlandse Defensie Academie. Are you the driving force behind military decision-making on energy systems and passionate about providing scientific education? We have a unique opportunity for you!
Defensie is in motion and growing. The NLDA plays a crucial role with its scientific education and research. Over the next ten years, Defensie will increasingly adopt systems with advanced electrical energy systems. These energy systems for Defensie, such as those in naval, aerial, and ground units, are evolving rapidly. This requires investment in education and research to make these systems more robust and efficient. To facilitate this, MTW aims to strengthen itself with a UHD in System Integration. You will serve as a scientific partner, continuously seeking ways to improve the quality of our education so that our officers can work efficiently with these systems in the future. Additionally, you will collaborate with Technical Universities and renowned knowledge institutions in the Netherlands to stay updated on the latest technological developments in this field and optimally integrate them into education.
