  • Respond to Stakeholder Inquiries: Answer routine inquiries and provide guidance and materials to University staff, partner agencies, and prospective students—demonstrating a student-centered and equity-focused approach to service.
  • Contribute to a Collaborative Team Environment: Work collaboratively with colleagues across Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, and CUNY campus partners to support the successful implementation of adult programs such as CUNY Reconnect and NYSOP and related initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

NOTES: Until further notice, this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. This position is contingent on funding to be renewed on an annual basis, with current funding due to end 6/30/26.

QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM: Bachelor’s degree required.
