Job Description

This position is a one-year contract running from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.

• Salary: The pre-tax annual salary for new hires ranges from RMB 164,584 to RMB 202,232, dependent on qualifications. There are also annual salary increases available for continuous employment (up to three years).
• Workload: The standard workload is 22 teaching periods (45 minutes each) per week.
• Time Off: Teachers receive up to 3.5 months of winter and summer vacation per academic year, in addition to paid sick leave and national public holidays. A Chinese holiday allowance is also provided.
• Accommodation: Free, fully furnished on-campus accommodation is provided (studio, one-bedroom, or villa), excluding utilities. There are on-site safety inspections and maintenance services.
• Campus Life & Perks:
  • Access to free on-campus sports facilities (pitches, courts). A fee-based gym and swimming pool are also available.
  • A nearby international food street across campus.
  • Free Chinese tutoring classes.
  • A small meal allowance of RMB 6 per weekday.

• Support: The university offers full support for working visa application and renewal, on-boarding training, and a supportive team of foreign directors and staff. A free apartment in Hong Kong is available for short stays.
