On 21 th of October of 2026, the University of Huelva issues the following resolution for the recruitment of a University Graduate commissioned by the Programme “CONSOLIDACIÓN INVESTIGADORA - 2025 Reference: CNS2025-166171” to develop the project entitled "NITROSOFT: Modelling and identification of the dynamics of the NITROgen species in soil solution for a Sustainable and Optimized FerTilization".

Salary
Amount: 2.162.52 € gross, monthly including the prorated share of extra payments
Duties and responsibilities:
- Development of a HYDRUS–MATLAB platform for executing closed-loop irrigation and fertigation routines
- Design, programming, and validation of irrigation and fertigation optimization strategies
- Collaboration within the Digitalization in Agriculture research team
- Preparation of reports or scientific papers, as appropriate
