"University Marketing Manager"

The University Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects to ensure successful delivery. This includes creating, receiving, assigning, and tracking project requests. This role involves collaborating with campus partners, the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, monitor project timelines, facilitate brainstorming, ensure appropriate approvals, and maintain high-quality standards for consistency in all marketing deliverables. The University Marketing Manager also manages bids and coordinates with external vendors, prioritizes requests, and maintains efficiencies.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and work experience in project management, marketing, communication, or a related field.

Duties include:

• Managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, materials, and initiatives by coordinating collaboration, overseeing project activity management, processes, and workflow.
• Serving as principal client service liaison to receive and assign project requests submitted by departments and divisions, while ensuring effective communication among teams.
• Maintaining high-quality standards for all deliverables, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, divisional and university objectives, and meet project objectives as established by the requester.
• Managing procurement for university printed material and/or services needed to ensure successful project completion.
