Title of the project: “Using Liberal Tools for Illiberal Missions (ULTIM): CJEU” - Postdoc 2 (PD2) focuses on legal mobilization in relation to the CJEU, while assisting PD1. Duties consist in a literature review, the analysis of case-law, and the analysis of Advocate General opinions as well as compliance to relevant CJEU judgments. PD2 executes a (socio-)legal discourse analysis of case-law, third-party interventions or other forms of third-party engagement, and related statements and documents issued by CCSOs...Omissis
