Teaching responsibilities will span the degree programmes coordinated by the Faculty of Educational Sciences, with a particular emphasis on a master’s programme currently in development in educational and learning management. The appointee will be responsible for not only undergraduate but also doctoral education in the field.

The assistant, associate or full professorship is linked to the development of the educational and teaching sector ecosystem within the EDUCA Flagship. The appointee will be responsible for the following:

• Promoting information collection, analysis and application in the field, including the development of information collection practices
• Advancing research in the management of the educational and teaching sector
• Developing the theoretical framework of and research into the pedagogical management of teachers and the workplace
• Leading EDUCA’s Educational Design Research projects to investigate and address challenges in teacher and principal training
• Developing new research settings, research reporting and stakeholder partnerships
• Fostering international research projects and networks involving educational and teaching sector management
• Participating in international education export and development projects in the field.
