The competition is open to individuals who meet the conditions specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 - The Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and meet the following eligibility criteria:
- hold a Master's degree in law,
- have academic achievements and teaching experience in the field of legal sciences, particularly in the field of criminal law,
- have research interests focused on the field of legal sciences, particularly in the field of criminal law,
- demonstrate fluent knowledge of English, including legal English (document confirming knowledge of a foreign language),
- be actively involved in organizations (including membership in scientific circles, associations, and scientific organizations),
- documented active participation in national or international conferences.
