Are you tempted by joining a top 10 UK University as it celebrates 60 years of commitment to innovation and impact, backed by pioneering research, challenging teaching and a drive to find new solutions to the complex challenges facing our region and the world?
Are you motivated by the opportunity to shape digital experiences at a leading UK university? At Warwick, we are proud of our reputation for innovation, impact, and delivering real-world change — and our digital services are central to that ambition.
The Information & Digital Group (IDG) is driving a major transformation of how the University designs, builds and delivers its web and digital platforms. As part of this, we are investing in the evolution of our web estate — improving usability, accessibility, performance and scalability across services used by thousands of students, staff and external audiences every day.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to play a critical role in this work.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a forward-thinking team driving digital innovation in higher education.
- Work on cutting-edge technologies that directly impact thousands of staff and students.
- Collaborate in a supportive, inclusive environment that values creativity and continuous improvement.
- Enjoy excellent benefits, flexible working, and the opportunity to grow your career at a world-class institution.
This is an opportunity to:
- Shape the future of Warwick’s web and digital services.
- Work in a complex, intellectually stimulating environment.
- Deliver change that has a visible impact across the University community.
About You
You are an experienced Delivery Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and clarity must be actively shaped.
You bring a proven ability to lead delivery across multidisciplinary teams, working confidently with technical specialists, product leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure progress is structured, transparent, and focused on outcomes.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. You build strong relationships quickly, communicate clearly, and are able to challenge constructively to drive the best outcomes.
Above all, you take ownership — bringing accountability, and a pragmatic approach to delivery that balances rigour with flexibility.
This is not a passive delivery role. You will be expected to:
- Drive progress and momentum across complex delivery environments.
- Establish clarity where ambiguity exists and shape delivery approaches accordingly.
- Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities across teams and suppliers.
- Ensure that delivery is aligned to strategic objectives and delivers measurable value.
