Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can demonstrate your outstanding customer service and administrative skills? We are recruiting two University Receptionist and Administrators, and you could be just the person we need.
As part of a small, close-knit team you will be the first point of contact for many who visit our university, from prospective students to visitors, staff, and current students.
Our team has a shared purpose to provide a positive customer experience and a passion to support our community. We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive team members who are driven by a desire to support their customer.
You will have:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in responding quickly to situations, taking ownership to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A comprehensive understanding of cloud-based software such as Microsoft 365
- Excellent people skills and experience being a strong team-player
We are recruiting to two part-time permanent posts. You will be working 08:30 am until 2:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, or Thursday and Friday 08:30 am until 2:30 pm.
