Compensation Package: $46,740.00 (9 months) starting salary for all
newly hired nurses set by the collective bargaining
agreement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania registered nurse license
- BLS certified: Must have current certification from American
Heart Association prior to the date of hire.
- Experience: 3 or more years of recent professional
nursing experience in college health, ambulatory care, acute care,
school nursing, utilization review, or case/care management
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational and
multitasking skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency
as demonstrated in the cover letter, resume, and application
materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Experience in a college health center
- Experience with reproductive health care
- Experience with adolescent/young adult population
- Phlebotomy skills
- Experience with specimen collection and handling
- Ability to perform TB skin testing
