The Success Mentor coordinates undergraduate peer mentor activities and serves as a visible, approachable resource by conducting outreach and support activities in residence halls, dining facilities, the library, student gathering spaces, and other campus locations. Through individualized check-ins, small-group discussions, referrals, and programming, the Success Champion helps first-generation students navigate challenges, connect with campus resources, and build a stronger sense of belonging in the university community.
