Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and advice to the UQ community and stakeholders, process routine requests, and offer secretariat support.
- Assist with organizational strategy, action plans, reporting, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Liaise with staff, students, and external stakeholders, and manage information accuracy in databases, websites, and publications.
- Participate in events like Open Days and Orientation, and engage in professional development opportunities.

About You: Positions are only open to Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. Essential qualifications include completion of a bachelor's degree within the last three years, strong organizational skills, high-level communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office.
