The UQ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Graduate Program offers multiple full-time fixed-term positions for up to two years, with a salary of $80,523 (HEW 5) plus up to 17% super allowance, based at the St Lucia campus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and advice to the UQ community and stakeholders, process routine requests, and offer secretariat support.
  • Assist with organizational strategy, action plans, reporting, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Liaise with staff, students, and external stakeholders, and manage information accuracy in databases, websites, and publications.
  • Participate in events like Open Days and Orientation, and engage in professional development opportunities.

About You: Positions are only open to Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. Essential qualifications include completion of a bachelor's degree within the last three years, strong organizational skills, high-level communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office. Desirable: A connection to UQ.
