As the VC Leadership Programme Coordinator, you will be supporting and empowering some of AUT’s highest achievers. This role is responsible for supporting the design, development and successful delivery of the Amokura Leadership Programme. Thus, bringing to life the Vice Chancellor’s vision of a vibrant and culturally grounded community, centred on leadership and academic excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role/ related field.
• A passion for supporting student excellence.
• Strong understanding of leadership development methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivery of student workshops and/or learning experiences.
• Demonstrate an understanding of pastoral care in a tertiary setting.
• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to organise events.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• A commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Supportive of AUT’s Te Aronui journey.
