Key Responsibilities
âEUR¢ Lead a comprehensive external affairs strategy integrating fundraising, government relations, grants, marketing, and community engagement. âEUR¢ Cultivate major philanthropic, corporate, foundation, and community partnerships that advance the College's mission and strategic priorities. âEUR¢ Serve as Executive Director of the Lee College Foundation, providing leadership for foundation governance, board relations, stewardship, and financial oversight. âEUR¢ Guide institutional marketing, public affairs, and communications efforts to strengthen Lee College's visibility and reputation. âEUR¢ Build and mentor a high-performing external affairs team while serving as a trusted advisor to the President and institutional leadership.
Qualifications
âEUR¢ Seven to ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in advancement, external affairs, government relations, or a related field. âEUR¢ Demonstrated success securing major philanthropic gifts and building corporate partnerships. âEUR¢ Experience working with nonprofit or foundation boards and leading multi-functional teams. âEUR¢ Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and strategic leadership skills. âEUR¢ Master's degree preferred (or equivalent experience); CFRE designation preferred.
Compensation
