In partnership with Lindauer, the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Institutional Advancement to guide its advancement program to new heights.

The Vice President of Institutional Advancement will join a passionate, mission-driven community and work alongside the President and other senior leaders to shape the University's philanthropic future. This leader will oversee a dedicated team, design and implement best-in-class fundraising strategies, strengthen alumni and community connections, and inspire generosity that advances UTEP's priorities.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with the President and leadership team to establish and execute fundraising priorities and strategies.
• Lead and motivate a committed advancement team.
• Cultivate major and transformative gifts while broadening the base of support.
• Expand alumni engagement and foster a culture of philanthropy.
• Advance a sustainable, data-informed fundraising program aligned with institutional goals.
