Vice President/Treasury Management

POSITION SUMMARY:

Works in collaboration with Commercial Relationship Managers on the sales and implementation of Treasury Management and Commercial Deposit Services and provides ongoing support for the business members.

Salary range for this position is $139,883.64 - $163,540.00 with a progressive benefit package.

3. Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
4. Ensures confidentiality of member information.
5. Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.
6. Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
7. Sells treasury management products and services to GreenState Credit Union business members via a consultative selling process.
8. Works closely with the Business Members to fully complete agreements, set up forms, procedures, for Treasury Management Services for business members.
9. Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
10. Acts as a Treasury Management and Commercial Deposit customer service contact for business members and employees.
11. Acts as the Account Analysis coordinator; reviews monthly reports to verify correct pricing.
12. Works collaboratively with Compliance, BSA, Fraud, Accounting, and deposit operations to adhere to all credit union policies and procedures and regulatory requirements for depository accounts and treasury management services.
13. Acts as a Merchant Credit Card Processing liaison between the GreenState Credit Union business members and Professional Solutions.
14. Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current business members to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
15. Promotes and cross-sells other bank products and services as appropriate for the business members. Refers business members, owners or employees to other departments when appropriate.
16. Conducts Annual/Semi Annual Review with Treasury Management relationships.
17. Reviews exception pricing reports for accuracy.
18. Prepares and coordinates information for banking proposals.
19. Prepares cost comparisons for prospective customers.

Requirements

• <br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br /><ol><li>Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business or Finance and four to five years banking experience or training, with a minimum of two years of treasury management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Work experience must demonstrate progressive levels of responsibility in a banking environment.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.</li><li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization</li><li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.</li><li>Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li><li>Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, databaseapplications, and banking software packages.</li></ol>
