Visa Compliance Officer
Visa Compliance Officer will manage compliance with Student Route UKVI regulations, and others as required, in relation to international students by leading the development, application and maintenance of Points Based Immigration systems and processes, international student data reporting and working with stakeholders to uphold compliance across the College.
Visa Compliance Officer will have primary responsibility of ensure college meet all pre-enrolment UKVI requirements, Issuing CAS & Compliance interviews.
Visa Compliance Officer will be confident making decisions regarding immigration status, Home Office reporting and know when to identify and advise Compliance management team and colleagues on changes to UKVI policy and procedure. You will also need to monitor performance against the UKVI Basic Compliance Assessment and other key measures and to provide management reports detailing current risks and opportunities.
You will also collaborate with the College’s HR team to ensure right to work checks and tracking visa expiry dates of all students and workers on any type of visa are conducted in accordance with best practice.
