The Opportunity

The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) in the College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Daytona Beach invites applications for several tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level. EECS is home to 22 faculty members and multiple degrees: the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science; M.S. degrees in Cybersecurity Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Unmanned and Autonomous Systems Engineering; and B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Software Engineering. The department offers an inclusive, collegial, and highly collaborative faculty member environment, with far-reaching efforts in multidisciplinary challenges.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

Terminal degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Exceptional candidates who have previous teaching experience and have completed all their course work, and expect to complete their PhD during the fall 2025 semester, will be considered.
