Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and MBA entrepreneurship and management courses, with a standard teaching load of 21 credit hours (typically seven courses) per year. The successful candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for mentoring students and connecting them with entrepreneurs, executives, alumni, and community leaders who can serve as mentors, speakers, and collaborators. Candidates with academic or professional experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, new venture creation, small business leadership, or related fields are especially encouraged to apply. Requirements: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or DBA in Entrepreneurship, Management, Strategy, or a related field, and candidates who are currently ABD should earn their doctoral degree by the date of employment.
