The Department of Languages, Cultures & Applied Linguistics at Carnegie Mellon University seeks applications for a part-time adjunct lecturer position to teach one course, Translation as a Profession II, in the Global Communication and Applied Translation MA program during the Fall 2025 semester. The course is conducted in English.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree or beyond in linguistics, language and culture studies, translation or related field. Demonstrated professional expertise in localization, AI enhanced translation, and project and engagement management. Experience in teaching translation and intercultural communication in a professional or academic setting is required.
