- Operates basic hand tools and common power tools ( power drills, reciprocating saws,hand grinders, etc.).
- Follows verbal/written instruction
- Operates a propane torch, forklift/tractor, and heavy equipment.

Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.

Operates drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines to assist in assembly operations.

Paints merchandise if needed.

Lubricates parts as required.
- Follows company safety guidelines and basic safety practices at all times
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following the manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and notifying the lead when outside repairs are needed.
- Maintains excellent housekeeping practices to promote a safe, clean working environment.
- Any and all other duties assigned by management
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous experience or schooling in assembly or related field is strongly preferred.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Good work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a focus on quality control.
- Physical stamina, strength, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
- Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline-driven environment.
