Web Producer

Your next career opportunity

As a Web Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the Student Communications team, delivering tactical website improvement projects to enhance the student online experience. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to develop engaging web pages for student-facing campaigns and support web editors in delivering best-practice digital content. This role offers you the chance to contribute to strategic website uplifts, improving content quality, information architecture, and navigation, all while fostering a culture of communication excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Website Improvement Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, develop, and deliver strategic content and communications that align with business goals.
  • Enhance Web Content Quality: Ensure web content is up-to-date, accessible, optimised for search, and consistent with tone and style guidelines.
  • Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to upskill colleagues in best-practice web content maintenance and reporting.
  • Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build positive working relationships with colleagues and subject matter experts across Student and Scholarly Services (SASS).
