Welding Adjunct
Salary: $750 - $800 per credit hour*
Classification: Adjunct Faculty
Department: PSNS Business & Technology
Reports to: Dean of Business & Technology
This role will be teaching welding classes at the Bremerton and Shelton campuses. Specific job functions are listed below.

Essential Functions
- Teach college-level course(s) in accordance with college catalog, schedule of classes, course outlines, course syllabi, and departmental guidelines.
- Provide quality teaching, including related preparation and grading.
- Provide class syllabi to students enrolled in classes and to the division office as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of students and complete forms as required.
- Punctual communication with students, faculty, and staff.
- May include evening instruction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and/or required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Five Years as a welder and/or as a supervisor of welders
- Experience in common welding processes like OFC, PAC, CAC-A cutting processes, OAW, and GTAW, GMAW-steel and alum, SMAW, FCAW-SS, and FCAW-GS
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching experience
- College degree in a related field
- Welding certifications
