Contribute:
- Facilitate: Lead individual and group wellness coaching sessions.
- Develop: Create and deliver wellness workshops and presentations.
- Conduct: Facilitate basic health and wellness assessments and properly communicate results to participants.
- Create: Foster wellness programming opportunities for unique student groups and populations.
- Collaborate: Work with campus groups and marketing staff to promote wellness initiatives.
- Risk Management: Knowledge and implementation of emergency action plan.
- Training and Meetings: Attend required training and monthly staff meetings.
- Community: Develop professional relationships with co-workers, participants and guests.
- Support: Perform other related duties to support the overall functioning of the department.

Requirements:
- Eligibility: Current full-time NC State student, demonstrated by enrollment in at least 12 undergraduate or 9 graduate credit hours.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Both indoors and outdoors with potential exposure to weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).
- Physical: Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching.
- Sensory: Potentially loud and busy work environment that requires strong communication and observation skills.
- Schedule: Flexibility in your availability is needed to potentially work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and breaks.
