This includes developing incident reenactment videos, safety data entries, scenario safety records and documentation – such as audits and inspections, creating incident scenarios based on OSHA, EPA, and DOT investigations, and researching historical incidents. Support the collection and analysis of data related to workplace safety incidents and trends. Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and training sessions. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings. Attend departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing safety discussions and projects. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours and eligible for the work-study program. Strong interest in occupational health and safety, public health, or a related field. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
