Job Summary

We look forward to working with students hired for the Office of Accommodations and Access/ Testing Center and appreciate your interest in our department. Our office has tests to proctor, mail to be picked up and delivered, cover office when needed, filing, using copier, fax machine, computer, and scanner. The following are some expectations and requirements needed for this position:

  • It is important to be available at the times we discuss after looking at your class schedule
  • Be polite and courteous to others
  • Assist with photocopies and filings
  • Interact with students
  • Proctor and set up rooms for testing
  • Update forms
  • Create and update flyers
  • Update files
  • Assets students and instructors as needed
  • Check the mail
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of some computer and software programs
  • Knowledge of dealing with sensitive and personal information.
