Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position: Work with Experience UGA social media accounts. Design fliers and marketing materials. Volunteer recruitment. Assist with Experience UGA trip implementation. Organize Experience UGA post-trip materials. Schedule/advertise and host NSE Information Sessions, represent NSE by tabling at campus events and in high traffic areas on campus, Coordinate Public Relations and Outreach work for NSE, conduct classroom visits for NSE, facilitate initial NSE advising appointments. Additional tasks may include, clerical work, updating websites, answering phones, delivering time-sensitive documents to campus or community partners, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Excellent written and oral communication Social Media Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and community partners Ability to work independently on complex tasks. Coordinating and Marketing events Designing marketing materials Proficient in Microsoft Word Office Suite Software.
Physical Demands: Bending, stooping, and lifting.
