Calmly assists with disputes regarding tickets and seats. Notifies supervisor of any problems with facilities, supplies, and venue. Assists guests with complaints or concerns; escalates concerns to supervisor when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Education Additional Requirements Requires prolonged standing, sitting, walking and stair climbing to access full range of facility. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Required Experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work effectively both independently and on a team. Strong problem-solving skills and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Exemplify a strong commitment and willingness to provide outstanding customer service. Additional Information Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or traverse campus buildings, including stairs.
