Job Description:
Position Summary:
Conduct four sessions of Physical Education classes for rising 7th, 8th and or 9th grade students each day, with an emphasis on team-building
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lessons in line with learning standards and grade-level
- Supervise 9th grade field trips
- Assist with lunch room supervision in college cafeteria
- May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Experience with physical education curriculum and best practices
- Teaching experience in Utica City School District preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent group management skills
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
