Job description

The contract employment system and talent allowance system have been adopted for full-time teaching and scientific research positions at Yunnan University.

Basic conditions of employment

1. Abide by Chinese laws and regulations, statutes of Yunnan University and professional ethics.
2. Be able to teach undergraduate courses.
3. Have a doctoral degree and have research published in top journals or have no less than three systematic high-level scientific research masterpieces.
4. Have a good team work spirit
5. Be under the age of 35

Economic support

1. In addition to the salary, performance, and insurance benefits from the school, a pre-tax talent allowance of 150,000 yuan ($23,549.41) is provided each year.
2. A pre-tax housing allowance of 600,000 yuan is provided.
3. Research start-up funds are provided, including more than 500,000 yuan for experimental science and medicine and more than 150,000 yuan for non-experimental science and arts.

Employment management

The employment period is three years. After employment, according to the evaluation results of the employment period, those who meet the employment conditions of other positions in the school will be appointed to other positions.
