Law and Philosophy at Iowa and the Iowa Law Review invite abstract proposals for 'Philosophy at Trial,' addressing philosophical issues in Supreme Court opinions from the past five years, with preference for recent cases. Accepted essays (max 8,000 words) will be presented at the in-person event; hosts provide accommodations and travel reimbursement.
