Cedarville University, formerly Cedarville College, offers a vibrant Christian academic environment with strong programs in engineering, nursing, and education, fostering both professional and spiritual growth.

Collection services is located on the main level of the library in the staff work area. Responsibilities of Collection Services Student Assistants include processing new materials, assisting with periodical shelving, and contributing to a variety of departmental projects. Collection Services student positions do not require evening and weekend hours.
The Curriculum Materials Center (CMC) is located on the lower level of the library. CMC Student Assistants assist patrons in locating resources, shelve and maintain CMC materials, and perform other special projects. Resources in the CMC include children’s and young adult literature, Christian education materials, educational games and many other teaching aids. CMC student positions require evening and weekend hours.
MediaPLEX is located on the lower level of the library. MediaPLEX Student Assistants help patrons with multimedia projects, sell supplies, and assist in running equipment. Projects that are commonly assisted with include color printing, scanning, 3D printing, laminating, crafting, binding and equipment checkout. MediaPLEX student positions require evening and weekend hours.
The circulation area is located on the main level of the library. Students working in circulation begin as Student Assistants who assist patrons at the circulation desk, answer basic reference questions, and shelve and straighten materials. Student assistants have the opportunity to move into a Shift Leader position once they complete two semesters as a student assistant. Shift Leaders are responsible for opening and closing the library, organizing and completing the responsibilities on each shift, and reporting information to the Circulation Services Manager. These positions require evening and weekend hours.
