Since Heythrop College, University of London closed in 2018, no PhD programs are currently available at Heythrop. Prior to its closure, the college offered PhD programs in Philosophy and Theology, with research areas including:

• Philosophy of Religion
• Ethics
• Theology and Society

Admission was competitive, and funding was available through scholarships and research grants.
