The PAL Academy is the online training platform where students complete 10 self-paced modules to earn their professional PAL Certification. Each module takes approximately one hour, for a total time commitment of 10 hours of interactive learning. The enrollment fee for the PAL Academy is $100 per student. At the end of each of the 10 modules in the PAL Academy, you will complete a short knowledge check quiz that reinforces the core concepts from that unit. Upon completing all 10 modules, you will undertake the PAL Capstone Scenario — a final, written situational assessment where you apply the full range of program principles to a realistic campus mentorship challenge.

Successful completion of the Capstone earns you the official PAL Certification.
