The PAL Academy is the online training platform where students complete 10 self-paced modules to earn their professional PAL Certification. Each module takes approximately one hour, for a total time commitment of 10 hours of interactive learning. The program is designed to fit around your existing study schedule at Sha-Shib Group of Institutions, with no fixed attendance requirements.

The enrollment fee for the PAL Academy is $100 per student. In the majority of cases, Sha-Shib Group of Institutions covers this cost as part of their institutional investment in student leadership. At the end of each of the 10 modules in the PAL Academy, you will complete a short knowledge check quiz that reinforces the core concepts from that unit. Upon completing all 10 modules, you will undertake the PAL Capstone Scenario — a final, written situational assessment where you apply the full range of program principles to a realistic campus mentorship challenge.

Successful completion of the Capstone earns you the official PAL Certification.
