Simons Laufer Mathematical Sciences Institute Campuses

The Berkeley Campus of the Simons Laufer Mathematical Sciences Institute (SLMath), formerly known as MSRI, serves as the institute's sole location and primary hub for advanced collaborative research in the mathematical sciences. Situated in the Berkeley Hills on the University of California, Berkeley campus, it hosts over 1,700 mathematicians annually for semester-long programs, workshops, and specialized initiatives focused on pure and applied mathematics, statistics, and related fields.
