• José Bono - Graduated in 1975 from the Faculty of Law at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. Served as the President of the Castilla-La Mancha region and later as the Minister of Defence of Spain.
• María Dolores de Cospedal - Graduated in 1986 from the Faculty of Law at UCLM. She was the President of Castilla-La Mancha and also served as the Secretary-General of the People's Party.
• Francisco Javier León de la Riva - Graduated in Medicine from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. He was the Mayor of Valladolid.
• Carlos Belmonte - Graduated in Medicine from UCLM. A renowned neuroscientist and researcher, he is the director of the Institute of Neurosciences of Alicante.
