The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Main Campus in Lewisburg is dedicated to training future physicians with a focus on osteopathic medicine. The primary program offered is the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), which emphasizes a holistic approach to patient care, integrating hands-on manipulative techniques with traditional medical practices.
